v 1.12 better skip level handling

Added a test on game loading to check if any levels that have been solved are still somehow in the 'skipped' list and if they are remove them.
Should help gohod reclaim that skip token !

Also, just noticed there's no buildNumber in the pdxinfo, so it doesn't update automatically via sideload.
I'm guessing I should be able to uninstall and reinstall the game.
(edit: yes, that worked fine, and the skip list synced properly. Does it disappear if I have no skips?)
